Official Publishing: An Overview is an international survey and review of the role, organization, and principles of official publishing. Originally published in 1977. A collection of the eleven sessions of a conference in August of 1973 to discuss the library problem. The 'library problem' relates to the increasing costs of acquiring, storing, and providing intelligent access to scholarly material. It is not a problem confined to economics libraries.
