Description : Unlike most other commentaries on the Book of Revelation, Not Your Grandmother's Book of Revelation presents Scripture to dispel the many misinterpretations that have been perpetuated for the last one hundred years. Many of those misinterpretations have a foundation from the book Dispensational Truths by Baptist Pastor and Biblical scholar Charles Larkin, which was published in 1918. In addition to the influence of Mr. Larkin's book, many misinterpretations result from the false belief that the Book of Revelation is written in chronological order and that all of the events shown to John will occur during the final seven years, Daniel's seventieth week. In this book, Scripture is presented that positively establishes that the Revelation of Christ as recorded by John is written in the order that the events were shown to John, not chronologically; that the events of the vision, "the events that shall be hereafter" (Revelation 1:19), began occurring during the second and third century after the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ; that the first three and a half years after the signing of the peace agreement between Israel and "many" will be a peaceful time during which Israel will build the third Temple; the final three and a half years, the Great Tribulation, is the pouring out of the wrath of Satan, not the wrath of God; and that Jesus told the apostles that the First Resurrection, the "Rapture" does not occur until "immediately after the tribulation" (Matthew 24:29). It will be shown that America is in the Book of Revelation. A detailed description of the Antichrist, False Prophet, one-world government "Beast," and "mark of the Beast" are presented, as is a synopsis of all chapters and the prophecies of Daniel. Finally, a timeline of the events of the vision is presented.

Description : The Padgett Messages introduce the reader to soulful teachings of Divine Love & spirit communications received by James E. Padgett. The Padgett Messages introduce many spirit related matters such as soulmates, insight into the afterlife, spirit guides, the soul of mortal man and realm of spirits. The teachings of Divine Love are the essence of these messages and apply to the individual on their soul journey. James Padgett received these messages from spirits and Celestial spirits through his gift of mediumship of automatic handwriting. The inspiration for James to commence receiving messages from spirits was to communicate with his wife Helen who had passed into the afterlife. Dr. Stone and Eugene Morgan assisted James in this work during 1914-1920. The message of Divine Love is as relevant today as are the Celestial spirits who conveyed these messages with James Padgett. Communication with spirit inspires many to seek information which may illuminate their spiritual journey.

Description : John Lennon is famous for his song Imagine, which includes the lyrics Imagine . . . no religion. We all have the innate capacity for spirituality, and many people express their spirituality through religion, which is fine when it enhances the good within us. Yet when a religion feeds our spiritual nature with false or deceptive teachings, then this can be dangerous. Many people see religion as being responsible for much of the worlds trouble and conflict. No wonder John Lennon adopted the view about religion that he did; and he is far from alone in feeling this way. Islam is under fire from many quarters today because of the terrible acts that are committed by its more extreme adherents, and while this religion figures prominently in the story, Islam is merely an example of what can go wrong within any religion. All the major religions of the world are guilty of similar crimes, not the least of which is Christendom, where the worst wars of all human history were begun and fought. The two world wars were supported by Catholic and Protestant clergy on both sides of the conflict, who each prayed to the same God for victory. Catholic killed Catholic and Protestant killed Protestant in violation of Christs clear command not to bear arms, especially against each other. This, of course, poses an obvious question: whose side is God on? Is he really with any religion? Who on earth would God fight for if he were to support any of the worlds religions? The continuing story of The Finished Mystery comes in two parts, and among other things, it explores the tenets within worldly religion and compares them with the natural laws written within us. Ally and Dave are carefree teenagers who attend the same school on the Gold Coast of Queensland and are born into families with no strict religious affiliations. Ally is a sixteen-year-old gymnast with Olympic aspirations, and Dave is a seventeen-year-old football player who is madly in love with her. Their romance is cruelly interrupted when Dave, who has temporarily moved to Dubai with his family, is abducted by terrorists during a family trip through Saudi Arabia and is held hostage. Thus begins an initiative by Ally to secure their release and understand the justification extremists maintain for committing their cruel acts. This leads her to examine their religion to see how, in the name of Allah, they can go directly against the human conscience and ignore what is natural for us. Religion versus nature. In part one, she also ponders questions, such as, If there is a God, why does he not show himself to us? Alternatively, if we are accidents of nature, then why is there no convincing evidence of human evolution in the fossil record? All races of mankind are genetically related, proving that we have a common origin. Why must the existence of our first parents, Homo sapiens, be such a mystery? Has religion so thoroughly confused the minds of mankind for thousands of years that we have forgotten entirely who we are and where we all came from? Is Darwins theory true despite the gaping holes in its structure that cannot be bridged? Not all scientists accept Darwins explanation. Our universe and the complex life forms show evidence of design and engineering. Every design requires a designer, and every building requires a builder. This is logical. Evolutionists maintain that the universe and all life is accidentalthat it came about unaided and for no reason. It just happened. This is illogical because our experience tells us that nothing comes from nothing and every effect has a cause. Reason and logic tell us there can be only one true answer to this dilemma, and the real cause of all we see and know is the answer that Ally finds herself striving hard to locate and understand, with exciting results. Part two reveals the inner wrestlings of an al Qaeda operative who, against Islamic tradition, explores his faith and pits his violent ways against the law of love and God.

Description : Did you know that your unconscious mind is constantly speaking in audible messages that can actually be heard? One White Crow, in tandem with the accompanying CD, will allow you to hear the human soul communicate in a manner that has not previously been possible. A father talks to his son two years after his death, details of a past life are suggested, and two human souls are heard singing in unison. You'll also hear Tony Blair's soul speak ... and Adolf Hitler's. Meta Speech, which has been investigated for many years and under several different names, including Reverse Speech and Reverse Audio Phenomena, is a form of Interdimensional Communication. It is not a hallucination or coincidental sound that appears to be speech: it is intentional speech and has an origin. Be warned, however, Meta Speech will shake your foundations. You will never be the same again after discovering that we are all connected, not only everyone on earth, but everyone that has left the earth, too. To most people this is a preposterous suggestion. It is even a frightening one. And I must underline that knowledge is qualitatively different to faith. And the argument enclosed within the pages of One White Crow is not just an abstract, theoretical one. When the objective evidence presented in this book/CD is considered with an open mind, the case for communication and survival of the soul becomes irrefutable.

Description : A second chance . . . all of us have needed one at some point in our lives. As children, we beg our parents to give us "just one more chance." As adults, we turn our pleadings to God for another opportunity, just to start over again. In this revised and updated version of The God of Second Chances, author Stephen Arterburn takes us through his own journey of pleasure-seeking and ambition to a life-changing encounter with the reality of God's grace. Arterburn is painfully honest, sharing his personal experiences with sexual immorality that culminated in the abortion of his child. It was then, desperate and at the end of himself, that Arterburn cried out to God for a second chance. Through his willingness to share his struggles, Arterburn helps us to confront our failures and reach out for God's restorative touch. With a gentle humor, he encourages us to look beyond ourselves and discover the joy in serving others and investing in the things that really matter. In doing so, we will learn what it is to be restored to God through unconditional surrender and receive healing from the scars left by our own mistakes.

Description : The bible states that it is appointed unto man once to die. Each of us will have to pass by death in order to reach the next stage of life: eternal life in heaven or hell. We have known about the existence of heaven and hell since the beginning of time. It is not the will of God for any to perish. That means though we have to die God does not want us to go to hell. We can have an assurance of life everlasting in heaven with Christ Jesus our Lord. There are many wonderful things prepared in heaven for those of us who overcome this life and receive our great rewards in heaven for living a life unto Christ. Many people have lost loved ones along life's way. Some of these loved ones have been gone for many years and people are still grieving and mourning over them deeply. God wants you to come to him and find health and healing in the safety of his loving arms. To receive this healing we must come to him and accept his plan of salvation. Salvation is the beginning to healing, love, and acceptance. In Christ, we find hope and peace that surpasses all human understanding. We learn who we are and we learn who we are in Christ. I pray this book will give every reader an expected hope and the joy of the Lord for strength.

Description : The objective of “The Holy Bible” by John Biermanski is to revoke all falsifications in today's Bibles known so far, and to restore the original state of the verses as far as possible. The author was born in 1963 in North Rhine-Westphalia and completed a traineeship for wholesale and foreign trade in a pharmaceutical wholesale company. While studying the Scriptures, he was led by the Spirit of the only God, the Almighty and the only Holy Father in heaven with holy name “YAHWEH,” whereas, by grace, he could recognize many things that are now presented as heresies to the world. In recent years he has been active in the proclamation of the Word of YAHWEH Elohim (G-d) in Europe, Canada, particularly in Brazil (Central and South America), and has enlightened many people by his message, so that they get to know the true God, His holy name and His will and only obey Him (Exodus 20:2-11) – and start to think about all this, i. e. “so that they finally decide themselves in favour of the living Elohim (G-d): YAHWEH, instead of against Him, and their names are not erased from the divine 'Book of Life' forever.” “For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel {today the spiritual Israel} after those days, says YAHWEH; I will put my laws into their mind, and write them in their heart: and I will be their Elohim {G-d}, and they shall be my people: And they shall not teach every man his neighbor, and every man his brother, saying, Know YAHWEH! for all shall know me, from the least to the greatest. For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness, and their sins and their iniquities will I remember no more.” (Heb. 8:10-12) “Cast not away therefore your confidence, which has great recompense of reward. For you have need of patience, that, after you have done the will of YAHWEH, you might receive the promise. For yet a little while, and he that shall come will come, and will not tarry. Now the just shall live by faith: But if he draw back, my soul shall have no pleasure in him.” (Heb. 10:35-38) “Yes truly, and I count all things but loss for the excellency of the knowledge of the Messiah Yahshua my Master: for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and do count them but dung, that I may win the Messiah, and be found in him, not having mine own righteousness, which is of the law, but that which is through the faith in the Messiah, the righteousness which is from YAHWEH by faith.” (Phil. 3:8-9)

Description : The title of the book is not a judgment on either person. It is a fact based on the scriptures in the Bible. Many of the Christian beliefs and practices have their origins in ancient and mid-evil pagan religious practices instituted when the Roman Empire made Christianity their official religion. This book looks at beliefs on the soul, the spirit, heaven and hell, the Devil, and life after death. It compares contemporary Christian belief with what is actually written in the Bible. You will be surprised what Christians say is true and what the Bible actually says!

She is a pastor’s wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. The devotionals are saturated with God’s Word; they are also intended to bring you into a special relationship with our Father God, not a “plastic, must-do” religious activity. Grandma Joyce was encouraged to compile her writings into a yearly devotion book. Individuals who have had the opportunity to read Gleanings have told her how the true anecdotes/incidents have touched a specific need in their life as they read an entry for the day. Come to know God loves you. Come to know true joy in your life. Know that God still performs miracles today. Be assured: The joy of the Lord is your strength. You will be challenged. You will be blessed.

Description : Through an accumulation of circumstances, God led the author, Bonnie Brooks, to trek through the Gospel of Luke, breaking up fallow ground, shovel in hand, relishing the views, amazing vistas, and journaling phrases. Born out of an encounter with the Almighty, A Grandmother’s Journal is written for the purpose of passing on a spiritual legacy to the next generation. The Journal chronicles a daily spiritual expedition into the earthly life of Jesus as viewed through the eyes of the beloved physician, Luke. Together with Brooks, stroll the dusty roads of Israel, feel the breeze and splashes of water as you sail on the Sea of Galilee in a first-century boat while encountering a storm, celebrate miracles Jesus performed no one imagined possible, and kneel at the cross on Golgotha as the sky darkens and the ground quakes. Come alone or better yet, invite others to share the journey with you. A Grandmother’s Journal explores the deeper layers of Luke’s Gospel, the longest Gospel of the Bible and the most comprehensive of the three other Gospels. As Brooks portrays various scenes in her entries, you are urged to recall people, events, and spiritual markers from your own story, your legacy, in order to pass them onto the next generation. From her heart to yours!

Along the way to the capital to find Lily, the Dust receive some startling information from the Markless community, opening their eyes to the message of Christianity and warning that humanity is now entering the End of Days. In Storm, Logan and his friends are the leaders of the Markless revolution. But while some Markless are fighting Chancellor Cylis’ army, the Dust is busy trying to find a cure for a horrible epidemic sweeping through the Marked. And it's difficult for them to know who to trust, especially when they aren't sure if Logan's sister Lily, one of the commanders in Cylis' army, is on their side or not. And all across the nation—and the world—the weather has become less stable and a storm is brewing that bigger than any of them could have ever imagined. Meets national education standards.

Description : The most up-to-date and comprehensive case for the feminist interpretation of Jesus and Christianity ever published. The fruit of decades of research and commitment, Swidler analyzes the role of women in each of the Gospels, asserts that women were involved in the writing of 2 of the gospels, and outlines the ways in which modern Christianity would not exist without strong women in the church.

Description : Mrs. Papadakis and Aspasia: Two novels, two sides of Greek village life. "This is the story of how my marriage almost broke up, but it is also a story of goats and fish soup and hippies and a woman named Zambeea, not to mention a mystical vision involving a yellow brocade chair." Welcome to the world of Carolyn Papadakis, an American woman living in a Cretan fishing village. In between dodging sharks in the sea and the octopus in her refrigerator, Carolyn's world is rocked by a smug American visitor and an accidental career in drug smuggling. The fallout threatens her marriage, and only a trip to America provides the answer she seeks. A delightfully comic novel, Mrs. Papadakis offers an affectionate portrait of village life. Aspasia is about Katherine Lakaloukanakis, an American woman living in a mountain village in Crete. After a painful life in America, Katherine finds happiness with her husband Dimitris and their daughter Aspasia. But while Dimitris is away on a cargo ship, Katherine learns a terrible secret, and the claustrophobic village life threatens both Aspasia's safety and Katherine's sanity. A suspenseful novel with a surprising crime, Aspasia explores the power of a mother's love.
