Description : In the Revelation of the Two Witnesses a superb Bible based battle is described between the Antichrist, the False prophet, and Moses and Elijah. In the old west such meetings of over the top guts and brass were always invitations for participants to experience their very last breaths, along with a pretty keen welcome from the local undertaker; Audacity thrived! 2 But neither the Antichrist, Moses, or Elijah held the dread that they'd be sitting with any funeral director; For all of them walked in unnatural resurrected flesh that was supernaturally born from the essence of utter impossibilities. 3 And the only difference between our Lord's witnesses and Satan's son was that this evil one was in a cursed everlasting body, while the ones of Moses and Elijah were blessed after being glorified by the power of Christ's very best wishes.4 Only Velgor the false prophet stood alone in normal flesh; But even he didn't flinch at death since he only feared living in a helpless world he couldn't dominate. 5 It was a sure thing though, that somebody was sure to pass on that day, while entering into a place where they may, or may not have been before. 6 Nevertheless, four heavyweights were about to do some shadow dancing while multitudes of spirit beings readied themselves for Hell's gong to sound off. 7 But the main players of this new Boot Hill would only be the untrue right and left hands of Satan, along with the two age old servants of His Holiness, our Kingly King of all things seen or unseen, and our Lofty Lord of everything possible or impossible; For with Christ all things were probable! 8 And so it was, that two by two, both good and evil were then staring each other down from a distance; Two by two throats were cleared, spit swallowed, and allegiances silently reconfirmed; Then loyalties were all or nothing. 9 For it was apparent to all eyes on that location, or to those like myself, through the magic of television, that each of those four were undoubtedly zooming in upon the invisible forces that were hyped up near each side.10 Then the Eye's of Moses, along with Elijah, suddenly shined most brightly with fires of righteous anger, while they flickered with a much greater radiating light that even the brightest flame of Hell ever could have claimed. 11 On the other hand though, the hate filled eyes of Darius and Asanti obnoxiously sparkled like some lit brimstone that was hotter than molten lava. 12 And their corrupted sparks seemed like they were being fuelled by the energy forces of weak minded souls that were ravaged because they were evil. 13 However, their light was extremely dim though, especially when compared to the overflowing brightness that was coming from those approaching prophets. 14 But the inner darkness of that self absorbed trio, that stupidly stood against God's genius, were then ready to try invading those coming lights. 15 Then that was fated to become the most unusual showdown of all showdowns. 16 It would also be one that would be far greater than the one formerly seen at the OK Corral. And it would shortly be commencing live, uninterrupted, upon the highest definition television to ever broadcast such an epic scene. 17 Thusly, it was about to become very clear that the following dumfounding turn of events would swiftly evolve into an extraordinary spectacle that was sure to be an extreme supernatural extravaganza of some pretty paranormal power.
Description : We have entered the cosmic courtroom of the Almighty - this is the purpose of John's Revelation. The Lamb is coming in judgment and His judgment is altogether righteous; however, prior to the verdict and subsequent sentencing, the witnesses must come forth to testify - literally to prophesy. This is not an easy read - it is a theological bombshell whose ramifications at the close of this age are staggering. Today, the Two Olive Trees and the Two Lampstands, so identified as these Two Prophets, Two Witnesses, in Revelation 11, are engaged in a divine drama whose end was prophesied nearly 4,000 years ago, and some say nigh 6,000 years... The Court is calling forth His witnesses . . . and wouldn't you know it: you might be one of them! Now is no time to run from it - you can't - you've been subpoenaed to testify and there is no turning back. You will testify for some 1,260 days with power and authority. Will the witnesses tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth, so help you God? YES!
Description : The account of the two witnesses in Revelation 11 has been the subject of much intrigue over the years. Popular theologians have attempted to identify them with two individuals--perhaps Moses and Elijah. In Revelation and the Two Witnesses, Rob Dalrymple offers a thorough exegesis of Revelation 11 and concludes that the account of the two witnesses is the primary account in Revelation that depicts the people of God. Who are they? What is their commission? What was John's message to seven churches and to us? Whoever they are, we know this: they have a commission, they will suffer for it, and, in the end, they are resurrected!
Description : Siew seeks to examine the events that will unfold within the three and a half years before the dawn of the kingdom of God on earth. He argues that John composed the textual unit of Rev 11:1--14:5 as a coherent and unified literary unit structured in a macro-chiasm. He pays special attention to the fusion of form and content and seeks to elucidate how the concentric and chiastic pattern informs the meaning of the literary units within 11:1--14:5, and proposes that the text of 11:1--14:5 is best analyzed using Hebraic literary conventions, devices, and compositional techniques such as chiasm, parallelism, parataxis, and structural parallelism. The macro-chiastic pattern provides the literary-structural framework for John to portray that the events of the last three and a half years unfold on earth as a result of what transpires in heaven. Specifically, the war in heaven between Michael and the dragon has earthly ramifications. The outcome of the heavenly war where Satan is defeated and thrown out of heaven to earth results in the war on earth between the two beasts of Rev 13 and the two witnesses of Rev 11. The narrative of the war in heaven (12:7-12) is seen as the pivot of the macro-chiastic structure. Siew pays close attention to the time-period of the three-and-a-half years as a temporal and structural marker which functions to unite the various units in 11:1--14:5 into a coherent and integral whole. The events of the last days will be centred in Jerusalem.
Description : If those who claim the faith of Abraham had the faith of Abraham they would believe what the Word told Abraham and the prophets. Those who claim we are no longer under the law have yet made up their own law and pass judgment on all, but themselves, for they follow after those who proclaim and cling to the covenant of law. As they judge and pass sentence they move themselves out of the covenant of grace and into the chambers of a higher court, the Judge of whose verdict they ought of fear. These pastors love to be teachers, but they ought to be listeners, for their hearts are hard from any ideas other than their own and those of their friends. They are loved because they tell the world the things the world wants to hear, for they fear the world more than the one who created the world. The witness is hated because his testimony of the world is true. This is his testimony: The drought of God's Word is over. Come. Hear the words of the witness who brings the testimony of the Word.

Description : A Plea and the Two Witnesses consist of a letter and two short stories that may seem rather different from one another, yet are written with the same hand. And while the letter is rooted in fiction, the two short stories are written in reality. And while each was written with the same inspiration in mind, what that inspiration is could depend on if you ever shouted out a plea or have been a witness to something that goes beyond ordinary explanation--you just might be surprised that at some point you have.
